Summer Learning Journey

the Summer Learning Journey started on Monday! This is week one and it is about to finish.
Week one is about how Maui created New Zealand with his magical hook. We had to find three fun facts about New Zealand on the Tourism NZ website

1. The largest city in New Zealand is Auckland although its capital city is Wellington.

2. When in New Zealand, you must drive on the left side of the road.

3. 30% of the country is forest.

Reflection: I think it was easy and fun because all we had to do was just look for 3 fun facts! And we also learn a lot.

  1. Mālō e lelei Jaeda,

Cia here from the Summer Learning Journey Ako Hiko team.

I can see that you have read up on some facts about New Zealand. Remember that when using the information on the linked website (as well as other online or offline sources), you must make sure you paraphrase any information (put it in to your own words). If you don't know what this means you can watch this video explaining a bit about it:

Please rethink and edit your post to include three chosen facts that have been paraphrased by you.

For future posts, please make sure that all your posts are written in your own words in order to make sure you receive full points for activities.

Keep working hard Jaeda, I look forward to reading your edited post :)

Toe feiloa’i fo’i (see you again),

    Cia.
